Description
Gi Group Mansfield are currently recruiting for Catering Assistants/Ward Hosts with immediate starts at a NHS hospital in Newark. No experience is needed as full, paid training is provided.

The Pay & Shift Patterns:

  • 7:10am 1:30pm
  • 4 out of 7 days a week on a rota basis, which can include alternate weekends
- £10.35 per hour

The of a Catering Assistant/Ward Host involves:

  • Delivering outstanding Catering Services by providing a warm welcome environment for patients
  • Facilitating Patients Nutrition and hydration needs
  • Providing menus, taking orders from patients and supporting with dietary/allergy requirements
  • Prepare and deliver all refreshments and meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner service
  • Clearing down ward areas and wash up dirty dishes ensuring that kitchen is fully prepared for next service
  • Be confident working in a NHS/healthcare environment where patients are quite unwell and at times distressed
