HR Generalist
£18 - £20 per hour
City of London
Temporary position - Immediate start

Our client is one of the world's largest providing news and prices to energy markets who is looking for a HR Generalist to join them on a temporary basis for around 3-6 months, immediately.


Your duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Own daily HR operational support, including initiating and following up on background screening queries, onboarding, probationary reviews and offboarding (incl. exit interview administration) and similar
  • Digitalise and archive hard copies of employee records
  • Prepare various basic reports and provide data for management review, following up to correct any data issues
  • Support HR Operations Manager on processes and policies creation, streamlining and simplification

Experience and skills needed:

  • Substantial experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Experience administering an HR System such as Workday or similar
  • Experience providing HR support and advice in a very fastpaced international organisation
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
