  • At least 2 years' experience in a fast paced, highend hospitality venue behind the bar and ensuring the running of a smooth service;
  • Welcoming and attending to guests with an exceptional level of care and service, ensuring that they leave with a positive and memorable experience;
  • To possess a warm and welcoming persona, along with a handson approach to work and impeccable attention to detail
  • Extensive knowledge of ingredients and methods for the preparation of cocktails and other beverages.
  • Have the ability to inspire, motivate and train bar and cocktail waiting staff to deliver the highest levels of service;
  • To be able to assist the Bar Manager on employee performance in line with an organisation's objectives through setting targets, performance appraisals and providing feedback, learning and development opportunities
  • Carrying out all opening and closing procedures in line with COYA brand standards.
