Principal Tasks:

Manage weekly customer orders and review stock status.
Negotiate one to one with customers to deal with account issues including fines for stock availability.
Monitor and update master account data information.
Monthly and quarterly reports for Management, Build and produce standardized sales performance reports.
Work alongside colleagues in all departments (supply chain, warehouse, and customer service) to make sure all departments are complying with Account specific requirements/regulations.
Ensure that all departments are kept up to date with relevant information required to meet Account requirements / expectations.
Assist with day to day running of account.
Assist with project management

Personal Attributes:

Selfmotivated and able to work independently on and off site, travelling to customers head office. (when required)
Excellent excel and computer literacy skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organised with a methodical approach.
Able to work solve problems in a timely manner and to work to deadlines.
Able to multitask effectively, working concurrently on several projects.
Detail oriented and enjoy analysing issues and working to find the right approach. Able to direct, interact and negotiate with colleagues from multiple departments.

£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
