Founded in 1922, Tecalemit is a market leader in the sale, installation and service of vehicle workshop equipment to a range of commercial and non-commercial customers.
We're currently looking for a Sales Support Administrator (Spares) to assist our UK spares /equipment sales by following up leads generated through web/digital and other marketing activities, to be pro-active in the selling of our spares/equipment and to carry out administrative duties associated with the sales process.
Suitable applicants should be able to work in a busy office environment and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
The main duties include:
- Developing relationships with customers and handling their enquiries
- Producing quotations, making and receiving calls, filing and general 'admin'
- Processing customer enquiries and orders, and maintaining records
- Liaising with other departments to ensure we provide a high quality service to both new and existing customers
- Following up calls to customers who have received quotes
- Promoting the sales of spares (and any other equipment) and supporting the development of spare sales
What we're looking for from you:
- A good communicator
- A strong organiser
- Competent working with all Microsoft programmes.
- Solid administrative skills
- Initiative
- Helping to generate leads
- Previous experience of a sales role
- Understanding the sales process/cross selling/upselling
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00 am-5.00 pm (or similar) to be agreed; 37.5 hours per week however we may consider part time or job share in some circumstances.
