Description

My client is a global banking group with a requirement for a senior hire to join their London Treasury team.

You will be responsible for:

Working with regional treasury teams in assessing capital and reviewing risks (including RWA)
Monitoring capital stacks to ensure inclusion of AT1 and T
Implementing changes to the capital structures with the various treasury teams
Managing all legal entity capital requests and redesigning this process
Representing International Treasury on various initiatives
Ensuring costs are reported correctly
Working closely with the balance sheet management and tax teams

To be considered for this role you must have:

A strong academic background together with extensive treasury accounting experience gained in a banking environment or in practice/consulting (preferably Big 4)
Strong knowledge of capital structuring and balance sheet management
First class interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to work to challenging deadlines
