Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000 basic
Hybrid working pattern with 2-3 days from home or 2-3 days from the office in Coventry.
Role Description:
The Resolute Group are working in partnership with a growing Utilities consultancy that has hit £10m t/o and over 100 employees with continued growth across 2023.
Working in the Bidding team your role is working with the Head of Bidding, supporting them through out the bidding/tendering phase.
You don't need any Utilities experience for this position as it's the knowledge and experience of the bid/tender process we are looking for.
Completing the PQQ, askingthe right questions from within the business, and completing the compliance aspect required by the bid (Insurance, ISO, industry-specific standards).
This would be perfect for someone that has worked in the following sectors so you have an appreciation of the types of questions and bids/tenders you might receive.

What you need to bring to this role is a previous background in Bid coordinating, understanding the Bid process and what's involved in creating a successful tender.
Important skills you need to have to be suitable for this position:
- Able to build constructive working relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders both internally and externally.
- A problem solver who can identify issues with the bid, able to ask the right questions to get the response you need.
- Willing to work "outside of the box", and your personal comfort zone. You will have training and development but not micromanagement
- Collation of Expressions of Interest, Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, and Tenders
- Owning, coordinating, and influencing internal and external deliverables for the bid team
- Creation and presentation of bid material
- Coordinating internal resources and materials to drive the bidding process
- Supporting the coordination and facilitation of bidrelated meetings
Required Experience
- Bid experience
- Worked in a Bid team before supporting a Bid manager or Project team.
- A Formal qualification but it Apprenticeship / ONC / HNC / HND or Degree
