Responsibilities:
- Organise and maintain files and records.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as requested.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily updating of spreadsheets and records
- Processing Supplier invoices
- Allocating PO numbers
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Reconciling proof of delivery records
- General admin and reception duties
You will have:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong decision making and proactive problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines calmly in a fastpaced, highvolume environment.
Salary:
£23,974.00-£25,804.00 per year
