Responsibilities:


  • Organise and maintain files and records.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as requested.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily updating of spreadsheets and records
  • Processing Supplier invoices
  • Allocating PO numbers
  • Maintaining accurate customer records
  • Reconciling proof of delivery records
  • General admin and reception duties

You will have:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong decision making and proactive problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines calmly in a fastpaced, highvolume environment.

Salary:
£23,974.00-£25,804.00 per year
