Description

We are looking for a skilled Event Associate to help us plan, promote, and run our live & online events for a global audience of tech entrepreneurs and investors.

GP Bullhound events include team buildings, networking receptions, dinners, team meetings and offsites, seminars, conferences and webinars.

The role can be based out of London, UK or Stockholm Sweden, and will bring the opportunity for extensive travel for events throughout Europe and US.


The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Full event management for our internal and external events across the different geographies (Europe & US).
  • Planning, coordinating, and promoting events, covering all event life cycles preevent, onsite execution, and post event reporting.
  • Directly oversee event set up and execution onsite with international travel required.
  • Develop and deliver the event programme, including researching, booking, and scheduling of speakers.
  • Actively manage and maintain our database of invitees, vendors, venues, and speakers.
  • Assist in measuring, analysing, and reporting on the performance of all event KPIs.
  • Assist in budgetary management.
  • Support the firm's overall marketing strategy, working closely with other departments to ensure alignment with brand and targets.
  • 5+ years of experience with organising events (online and live).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Enthusiastic and handson professional who is excited about taking on responsibility for projects from early on.
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams and countries.

Experience with cloud based CRM platforms (such as Hubspot or similar) and Event management platform Eventbrite.

Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and video conferencing tools (such as Zoom).

  • Ability to assist physically in our events across different geographies.
