This is an exciting opportunity to work for The Dutton Group, specifically Dutton FM undertaking varied duties. You will be working with a small hardworking and friendly team.

The role will include various duties with the aim to develop and have more responsibility during your apprenticeship.

The role will include some of the following areas:


Compliance Program Support:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs.
  • Help in identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk

Policy Development and Review:

  • Contribute to the drafting and updating of company policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support the dissemination and communication of compliance policies and practices

Regulatory Monitoring:

  • Stay abreast of current and upcoming legislation and regulatory guidelines relevant to the industry.
  • Assist in assessing the potential impact of regulatory changes on the organization

Training and Awareness:

  • Support the development and delivery of compliance training programs to staff.
  • Promote awareness of regulatory standards within the company

Compliance Audits and Reporting:

  • Assist in conducting internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Help in preparing compliance reports and documentation for internal and external use

Risk Management Support:

  • Participate in risk assessment activities to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement risk management strategies

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Liaise with internal teams and external regulatory bodies as required.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Role Profile


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Regulatory Compliance Officer Level 4 Apprentice.

In this role, you will support the compliance team in ensuring that our company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies.

You will be involved in the development and implementation of compliance programs, reviewing company procedures, and advising management on possible risks.
