Procurement Coordinator required to join a luxury automotive brand based in
Daventryon a permanent basis, offering a competitive market salary.

Our client is an automotive luxury brand, with a global reputation for bespoke restorations.

Working with some of the most iconic designs, using modern engineering, this company is one of a kind and their diligence is second to none.


Due to continuous growth our client is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join the growing finance team who will report to the Procurement Manager.


Responsibilities of the
Procurement Coordinator:


  • To deliver comprehensive administrative support across the team
  • Coordination of Procurement related queries, documentation, registers and filing system
  • Work within the Procurement team liaising with Buyers as needed for new quotes or new supplier needs
  • Develop good relationships with suppliers
  • Raise purchase order requests
  • Pull together reports as and when requested
  • Attend meetings and take minutes as and when required
  • Maintain and keep up to date data in systems and excel
  • Supporting with the creation of department presentations for wider distribution, when required.

Experience required for the ideal Procurement Coordinator:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Procurement experience desirable but not essential
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally from the automotive industry desirable but not essential
  • IT literate and confident in using Microsoft Office

The ideal Procurement Coordinator will have:

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
