Using the clinical frameworks of Applied Behavioural Analysis and Positive Behavioural Support the Positive Behaviour Support Key Worker will work within a multidisciplinary framework to provide a behavioural

service in residential, educational and vocational settings to people with learning disabilities and behaviour that challenges.

Hours will include evening and weekend work

Some of the essential criteria for the role:

Lived experience or working with and supporting people whose behaviour is described as concerning or challenging Evidence of continued professional development
Values driven, ambitious to improve the lives of people with learning disabilities Enthusiastic and committed to the principles of positive behaviour support
Effective time and organisational skills; able to plan, manage and prioritise own workload
Able to work in family homes and school environments Willingness to work outside of regular office hours (evenings and weekends)
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with a range of staff in a multidisciplinary team (MDT)
Ability to use monitoring and evaluation tools
Access to a vehicle and a willingness to travel
