IFA Administrator - Offices in Hook (Hampshire) - 3 days in the office per week - Up to £33k
Are you an experienced Financial Administrator working within a wealth planning practice? Are you looking for flexibility and the autonomy to undertake your work without being micromanaged?


My client is an award-winning wealth planning firm with its main office in Hook (Hampshire) but other offices in Wiltshire.

They operate on a whole of market basis across:
pensions, investments, tax planning, protections etc with HNW city professional, retirees,families and some corporate clients. They have grown the trust of their clients over many years and grown organically via recommendation and referral.

They have no intention of joining large networks and be acquired by consolidator firms, they prefer to remainboutique and high functioning and building the best relations with their clients as opposed to stacking AUM.

Due to an increase in new enquiries a vacancy has become available for a Financial Administrator.

This role will be suitable for an experienced administrator who is well versed across end to end administration in a wealth planning practice - preferably withina whole of market business.


The team have a "work hard play hard" mentality and service their longstanding clients who all live in Hampshire, Surrey and Wiltshire, but offer lots of flexibility for staff to work from home and flexi-hours.

They trust their staff to manage their ownworkload and don't require staff to be in the office every day.

My client are looking to offer circa £27k - £33k basic salary.
