£10.23 per hour Warehouse Operative role, Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm with some overtime. 26 Days holiday plus bank holidays. The rate of pay for the Warehouse Operative may increase if you learn more aspects of the role. This is a very welcoming environment where people like to stay in this clean and organised warehouse. As a Warehouse Operative you will be packing aircraft parts to be shipped all over the world. With this in mind, the parts will require detailed packing instructions for you to follow.

The Warehouse Operative is a critical role as this may be a part for an aircraft that is unable to fly until your part has reached them so accuracy is very important and the ability to follow a process is too.
