Construction Compliance Administrator | Shrewsbury | Up to £30,000 | Permanent, full time role

The organisation

A start-up construction business, owned by a team of experienced professional directors, are looking to hire a professional administrator with exceptional organisational skills to support them with following regulations and ensuring the utmost compliance.

The opportunity
You will be tasked with managing paperwork, ensuring compliance with process and that relevant signatures are obtained. The role involves a lot of manual paperwork, requiring wet signatures on documents and also using SharePoint. You will act as administrator to the company, including the MD, FD, and legal team. You should be methodical and numerically minded as you will be involved in accessing data.

The individual

This role is well suited to someone who prides themselves on their organisation skills, perhaps coming from a legal, paralegal, or compliance background.
