Are you passionate about engineering and using state-of-the-art technology to make a difference in people's lives? Avanti Recruitment is working with a leading European manufacturer of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and we're looking for a Technical SiteManager to join their innovation team and provide complete engineering support to their site-based team of engineers.


As the Technical Site Manager, you will be the focal point for all engineering and R&D matters at our satellite site.

Your responsibilities will include supervising all processes, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of maintenance and R&D, maintaining adherenceto health and safety standards, and providing reports as needed.

You will also be responsible for managing work streams, promoting continuous improvement, and overseeing all site staff.
