This is an important role providing administrative support to the Emergency Operations Centre team Reporting to the Emergency Operations Centres Business Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to assist in the smooth running of the Emergency Operations Centre.
This role includes responsibilities relating to the monitoring and administration of sickness absence, recording Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring sufficient supply of essential non-pay items for the Emergency Operations Centre.
The role will also assist the local management team with the administration and coordination of new starters and leavers, and the preparation of reports and papers for Emergency Operations Centre meetings.
