    The Administration Manager will provide support and guidance to the Managing Director, who is blind, including access to all confidential emails.

    About the Role

    • Assist the Managing Director in a professional and friendly manner to build trust and develop a working relationship.
    • Support the Managing Director with various administrative tasks, including managing emails, arranging travel, coordinating business meetings, and assisting with growth initiatives, bids, and tenders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
    • Provide administrative assistance, organise files, and offer general secretarial support to the Managing Director.
    • Oversee, plan, and communicate any changes to the Managing Director's schedule, arranging meetings as necessary and keeping him updated on any appointments he is required to attend.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a Sales Manager, Senior Administrator, Sales Office, or Personal Assistant role.
    • Confidence and comfort with travelling by train and plane to assist the Managing Director with safe travel plans and to attend business meetings within the UK.
    • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise and plan tasks effectively.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • High level of integrity, ensuring strict confidentiality.
