In the midst of a growth period, this international firm recently brought in a new head of banking/ finance.

They are seeking an Associate to join their London firm which acts for more than 40 lenders and provide custom advice to clients needs.

The Role

Advising bridging lenders, alternative lenders, challenger banks, family offices, developers and property companies and individuals on all their aspects of their banking and property finance
Transactions vary between £100,000 to £50 million.
You will also be working on a broad range of finance transactions including leveraged finance, corporate finances, real estate finance and assetbased lending
Involvement in drafting a wide range of finance documents.
25 years PQE
Experience across the board of Banking & Finance law
Possesses strong analytical skills and thinks strategically
Understands the importance of client service and combines business and legal acumen
Embraces teamwork and works effectively with others who have different styles
Is ambitions, exhibits leadership and motivates others
Has a sincere interest in career development and welcomes feedback
