Jobsworth Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking Production Operatives for our customer who are a leading global automotive supplier based in Droitwich.


This is a fantastic opportunity will secure long term work and a full time permanent position with a well established local employer who take pride in their workforce.

No previous experience is required - just a positive attitude to work and ability to learn and develop.

Duties and responsibilities for this production operative role:

  • Assembly and packing of finished goods.
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • High levels of communication.
  • Operation of necessary machinery.
  • Quality inspection.
  • Ability to work within a team.

Hours & Pay for this production operative role:

  • Rotating day shifts 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
  • Day shift (£ shift allowance = £12.47 per hour.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
£12.47 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability
