Financial Planning Administrator

Loughborough (Our Ref AL some home-working available along with a degree of flexibility in working hours, within core hours - Note - this is a full time position

Salary £19,000 to £25,000 dep on exp + extensive benefits package


My client is a long established and very well regarding IFA and they now have an excellent opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join their team and to support their clients in achieving their goals.

Ideally, you will have previous experience within theWealth Management Industry, however, individuals with solid administrative experience from other professional backgrounds will be considered.


Responsibilities:


  • Working with clients as part of a team of 3 from the point of initial enquiry through to financial plan implementation and onwards
  • Gather and input data to prepare for client meetings
  • Process and maintain accurate and comprehensive client records
  • Get to know your clients' needs, building and managing the relationship
  • Deliver clear, and concise communication with clients, colleagues, and external contacts
  • Ensure consistent delivery of the company's processes, identifying improvements and reporting gaps or inefficiencies
  • Prepare for, contribute, and host regular team meetings and daily huddles
  • Prepare and attend regular 121's and performance reviews including setting milestones and goals to develop your potential
  • Attend internal and external training courses and company events
  • Carry out duties as required to assist the smooth running of the company
