Branch Communications Co-ordinator

Hours: 35 hours per week

Contract:
Permanent


Salary:
£26,000 per annum


Location:
Hybrid Working

The Society is recruiting for a Branch Communications Co-ordinator to join our Operations Team here at the West Brom.

The individual will work with the Branch Operations Team to deliver the highest standards of operational effectiveness and customer service whilst providing day to day support to the Branch Network to achieve good customer outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Analysing feedback from customers and staff
  • Dealing with daytoday queries from branch staff regarding feedback and liaising directly with third party suppliers
  • Setting up and coordinating product workshops
  • Work collaboratively with other Departments to deliver integrated communication approaches when appropriate
  • Drafting internal branch communications to ensure staff are kept informed of relevant news
  • Providing support to the Senior Retail Manager and Team Leader in their daytoday duties

Skills & Attributes:


  • A genuine interest in customers and their needs
  • A thorough understanding and adherence to Society procedures, audit and compliance regulatory requirements as they relate to the branch network
  • Strong written, numerical and verbal skills
  • Good communication skills including the ability to liaise with people of different levels
  • Customer service experience and a willing and positive attitude when engaging with others
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
