The Company:

The Role:

  • This role is accountable for the marketing data pipeline that will lead to every campaign the company runs.
  • You will have responsibility and ownership of the creation of automated surveys, evolve their tech analytic capacity, and design their interactive dashboards.
  • In this role, you will use customer data to identify which campaigns are most relevant and use data to establish who to target.
  • You will be tasked to build, maintain, and deploy dashboards in order to deliver meaningful and consistent metrics for the campaigns running.
  • You will design and deploy reporting solutions to support colleagues in tracking customer experiences.

Skills and Experience:

  • They are looking for someone experienced in marketing data analysis and/or CX Analyst.
  • Proficient in SQL with excellent MS Office skills including Power BI.
  • They are looking for someone with a keen eye for design and aesthetics when presenting complex data. Ability to summarise campaign results and recommendations in a PowerPoint format.
  • Great communicator, concisely articulating key findings across the business
