CentralNic is looking for a Marketing Specialist within our brand services, to support the Marketing team in the day to day business performance and help the team to generate more leads and drive new business.


Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager of Brand Services, the role will be responsible for Marketing tasks and objectives as part of the Brand Services marketing team.


The Brand Services division is focused on providing domain name and brand protection services to organizations all over the world.

The role is home based, with occasional travel to offices in London (UK) or St. Ingbert (DE) as required and permitted by global travel circumstances.

  • Customer communications management via all channels by using HubSpot
  • Digital Reporting: including social media, website, digital ads and SEO analytics
  • Creation and evaluation of Google, Social and any digital ads
  • Website management including SEO
  • Content creation and management for all channels
  • Presentation of marketing topics in Confluence, working with JIRA
  • Working with internal specialist teams where necessary
  • Monitor and report on competitor websites, newsletters, social media, and other communications
  • Support the Marketing team on event planning
  • Support the Marketing team on any required projects

About you:


  • Focused, flexible individual with a proven track record of communication skills and proficient written capabilities in mother tongue
  • Good organization and coordination skills
  • Time management, and ability to stay flexible by switching between tasks as necessary
  • Enjoys contributing to a global team.
  • Demonstrates and take actions to continuously develop and grow

Experience and skills that will help you succeed

  • Educated to degree level in either Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related field
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in a marketing role
  • Strong experience in working with Hubspot
  • Experience in using Social Media business accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), SEO analytics tools, Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Return analyze
  • Reports creation
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Affinity to Internetrelevant topics or basic technical understanding in the field of IT / domains
  • Familiar with Jira and Confluence
  • Understands technical processes
