The company could ideally do with another pair of hands on the team, so they are looking for a well-rounded recruitment consultant to join them.

Preferably someone who has done the sector before, or a variant of temp recruitment.


You must have a caring attitude and be a team player, as there is little room for egos at this company.

A positive attitude is a must.


What is the job?


You'll join the company and work closely with the other recruitment professionals by mapping the market, winning new clients and listening to hiring requirements through thorough screening as to understand their needs, as well as completing thorough searches for the appropriate industry professionals.


You will also get the opportunity for progression upon hitting certain milestones, as this is calculated on performance rather than availability.


So, what skills do I need?

  • Previous experience in 360 recruitment within an agency
  • Strong background/understanding in temp recruitment
  • Ability to work within a team, as well as unsupervised
  • A strong network presence preexisting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problemsolving ability
  • Great organisational skills
  • A team player
  • Computerliterate

Bonus

  • Experience in education recruitment would be advantageous
