Entry-Level Administrator
Salary:
£18,000
A specialist construction consultancy company is looking for an entry-level administrator to join their team based in Leeds.
This is an exciting role for a highly organised individual looking to take on an opportunity at a prestigious firm.
You will play a vital role in the organisation and smooth running of the company, taking on a supportive role in the office to maximise the efficient success of the business.
The role:
- Take incoming calls and make outbound calls
- Greet visitors
- Book taxis, couriers, hotels, trains etc
- Scheduling/booking meeting rooms
- Providing refreshments/lunches for visitors
- Typing
- Ensure office supplies are kept replenished
- Keeping front of house looking presentable
- Organising post
What we are looking for:
- A highly organised individual able to use their own initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to multitask
- Computer Literate
- Strong Attention to detail
The Position is permanent and full time, 37.5 hours, Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00. Excellent benefits are available including 25 days holiday and bank holidays.
