Entry-Level Administrator

Salary:
£18,000

A specialist construction consultancy company is looking for an entry-level administrator to join their team based in Leeds.

This is an exciting role for a highly organised individual looking to take on an opportunity at a prestigious firm.


You will play a vital role in the organisation and smooth running of the company, taking on a supportive role in the office to maximise the efficient success of the business.


The role:


  • Take incoming calls and make outbound calls
  • Greet visitors
  • Book taxis, couriers, hotels, trains etc
  • Scheduling/booking meeting rooms
  • Providing refreshments/lunches for visitors
  • Typing
  • Ensure office supplies are kept replenished
  • Keeping front of house looking presentable
  • Organising post

What we are looking for:


  • A highly organised individual able to use their own initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to multitask
  • Computer Literate
  • Strong Attention to detail
Full on the job training will be given.

The Position is permanent and full time, 37.5 hours, Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00. Excellent benefits are available including 25 days holiday and bank holidays.
