Bookkeeper required for local, friendly, not-for profit-broadband provider based in Guildford.Responsibilities:
- Sales and Purchase Ledger Management
- Bank Reconciliations including linking customer payments and logging documents from payment provider
- New Customer Setup using database information
- VAT Return
- Year End
- Fixed Asset Register, Accruals and Prepayments, Depreciation calculations. Balance Sheet Reconciliations

Skills required:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of XERO Software
- Experience running payroll, including PAYE and Pensions
Most hours will be working remotely with occasional hours working in the office which is based in Merrow, Guildford; however happy to negotiate this.
Happy to negotiate this role as either being freelance or as employment.Job Types:
Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 10 per week
Salary:
£15.00 per hour
