Description
Bookkeeper required for local, friendly, not-for profit-broadband provider based in Guildford.


Responsibilities:


  • Sales and Purchase Ledger Management
  • Bank Reconciliations including linking customer payments and logging documents from payment provider
  • New Customer Setup using database information
  • VAT Return


  • Year End

  • Fixed Asset Register, Accruals and Prepayments, Depreciation calculations. Balance Sheet Reconciliations

Skills required:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of XERO Software
  • Experience running payroll, including PAYE and Pensions
Working Hours - Averages at 10 per week total.

Most hours will be working remotely with occasional hours working in the office which is based in Merrow, Guildford; however happy to negotiate this.

Happy to negotiate this role as either being freelance or as employment.

- bookkeeping: 3 years (required)
