About You

As an EPA Co-ordinator, you will sit at the heart of our organisation, within our operational team and will support the co-ordination, bookings and communications for our end-point assessments.
You will be working on across a wide range of Apprenticeship Standards within construction, this will give you a great kick start in your career with us providing plenty of opportunity for progression.
You will work closely with the wider end-point assessment team to support clients (College and Universities), monitor data, process gateways, manage and schedule assessments, cascade assessment outcomes in line with our services level agreements.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent co-ordination and diary management.
We are an adaptive and fast evolving organisation, so you will need to be agile in your approach to ensure we continue to improve and meet key stakeholder needs.
Key Responsibilities
Co-ordinate the booking process for client end-point assessment bookings including:
- Complete gateway reviews and assessment component bookings for apprentices post gateway
- Supporting the forecasting and assessment planning scheduling, liaising with the relevant internal teams, managers and endpoint assessors to ensure a successful outcome and service is provided
- Take full responsibility of your workload, learning and SLA's for customer service responsibilities
- Act as one of the main points of contact for our clients for daily coordination and assessment queries and bookings support
- Maintain excellent knowledge of both apprenticeship standards, assessment plans, as well as sector developments associated with apprentices and endpoint assessment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to upskill, showcase and celebrate end
- Produce accurate, periodic reports and data analysis
- Provider general EPA support to the wider team

Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
