Description

Workshop technician required for an engineering business based in Sunbury. Salary up to £25,000 + bonus, generous pension, 22 days holiday. Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30.

Responsibilities include:

Working in, and maintaining a clean indoor environment
Booking in, locating and moving stock in a workshop stores system
Loading / unloading delivery vehicles
Use of basic hand tools, hand drill, hand saw
Assisting with final product packing
Completing basic safety checks on workshop equipment

Requirements:

Ideally live close to Sunbury, have basic mechanical aptitude / interest in mechanical engineering and / or recent engineering study at college is desirable
A tidy and organised manner
Be able to listen and follow instructions
Physically fit for manual handling
Forklift truck experience
Full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
