SUMMARY
Train Effective is looking for an organised and motivated talent to join our team as Residential Football Camp Assistant.

The key responsibilities of this role are to assist and help co-ordinate our residential football camp in London and make sure everything goes smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To assist in co-ordinating and running the Train Effective camp on the ground (7 August August 2023):

  • Attend pre-camp staff meeting
  • Prepare welcome bags and set up before the start of the camp
  • Welcome players at the hotel and hand out welcome bags to players on day 1 OR welcome players at the airport and make sure airport transports go smoothly
  • Help Head Coach with welcome reception at the first day
  • Put players in the right mindset Discipline is important. Having fun, too
  • Make sure players show up to training on time
  • Lead players from hotel to pitch/gym
  • Be in charge of Laundry:
  • Help out with other stuff when not in the gym or on the pitch and do tasks that camp managers delegate
  • Help with food or go groceries if needed (for bananas, fruit/nut bars, healthy snacks)
  • Take over the responsibility on Sundays
  • Create a great vibe, with small things like having playing cards & games with the players, little competitions, etc.
  • Attending & supervising players on the tour to the city & stadium tours
  • Balls should be counted at the beginning and end of EVERY session, if balls are missing, players should go out and search
  • Spending time with players in the evening
  • Make sure players tidy up after themselves so we don't leave places messy (e.g. hotel lobby, gym, etc.)
  • Deal with unexpected issues
  • Answer player questions in BAND group or in person

Job Types:

Salary:
£333.33-£350.00 per week
