About The Role:


We are currently seeking a Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our busy Selhurst Dental Clinic.

With 3 surgeries and treating both NHS and private patients, the clinic has parking and is just a 5 min walk from Norwood junction train station.


Days/Hours:


  • Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
08:4- 17:30

About You:

Ideally you will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner.

Customer service experience is essential and experience working within medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.


The main duties will include:


  • Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
  • Completing nonclinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained
  • Excellent patient, colleague and management journeys
  • Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines
