Collections Sales Agent - Manchester
Our client is the leading provider of debt recovery services for the private parking sector in the country.

They are proud to be part of a larger enforcement agency specialising in debt recovery, which was set up in 1977.


The business is based around people; they support parking operators with specialist teams and focus on training their professional collection agents to the highest standards.

With a firm but fair approach, they help educate and inform motorists that parking charges are legitimate. And they assist them in avoiding any further charges or unnecessary costly court proceedings.


Purpose of the role:


  • Resolving low value outstanding parking charges from individuals
  • Predominantly dealing with inbound calls with first call resolution
  • Managing difficult conversations in a sensitive and professional manner
  • Entering accurate records of customer interactions
  • Following processes and guidelines to deliver great service
  • Achieving personal and team targets in a contact centre environment.
  • Delivering or developing your skills with multichannel communication.
  • Day to day handling of mutlichannel communication.

Other information

  • Basic Salary of £21,700 with OTE of £28K and realistic earnings of £32K
  • 37.5 hours a week on a rota between 8.30am and 7pm Monday-Friday (with an occasional Saturday morning shift)
  • Full-Time permanent position
