Description
Large housing provider currently require a housing repairs complaints officer for an initial period of 6 weeks.Purpose of the role:
Manage complaints for the Asset Management team. Be accountable and responsible for coordinating the investigation of all stage 1 and stage 2 complaints within the SLAs.
Lead Officer responsible for updating all complainants fully throughout investigations and formally responding to all stage 1 complaints.
