Learning and Development Specialist who can help realise the potential of our people.

Work closely with Leaders in Design and Innovation to craft learning solutions that follow methodology to ensure L&D continues to contribute to improved performance of the teams and build skill levels in this function.
Design, create and deploy a variety of training styles such as blended, virtual and classroom.

About you?

Minimum requirements:?_
Resilient & persuasive with effective communication skills
Collaborative, you enjoy working in a team and can work independently.
A keen selfstarter who thrives within 'hands on' situations
Ability to work at pace, dynamic and energetic with an eye for detail
Flexible, reliable and tenacious
Has ability to prioritise workload versus deadlines
Preferred requirements:_
Qualified to Degree level, or equivalent experience in L&D
Experienced in emodule authoring tools, designing e modules & hosting platforms Experienced in designing and deploying a variety of training styles blended, digital, virtual and classroom.
Competent in methodology
Basic project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident in both written and spoken communications.
Excellent command of English, any other European languages are a plus
