Description
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic customer service apprentice with a natural flair for telephone conversation and excellent listening skills to join our small award-winning marketing agency at Kelham Island in Sheffield.
Since 2009, we have established our brand and built a portfolio of over 6,000 business customers, with many registered on an annual subscription model.
Job description:
You will be working as part of a small team and have the opportunity to gain experience in many aspects of customer service and building relationships.
Proactively call existing customers & maintain client relationships.
Provide an excellent level of customer service & build rapport.
Logging calls on our system.
Organising and producing reports.
Chasing up paperwork from clients.
Provide support to the sales team and all other admin tasks.
Required Skills and Interests:
- Friendly & enthusiastic and excellent communication skills
- Presentable and Professional and Excellent timekeeping
- Basic computer skills, knowledge of excel.
- Good level of written and verbal English
- Willing to follow instructions and learn with a positive attitude.
