As a Trainee Parts Advisor, the main purpose of your role is to ensure our customers receive outstanding service at all times.

Working as part of a team you will need to have a positive can-do attitude and enjoy customer interaction on a daily basis.

You will become a valued member of a team who will support and guide you on a daily basis.

You will receive in house training is all areas of the Parts Department and be added to the DAF Manufacturer Training programme of which you will become a DAF/TRP Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor and the opportunity to further develop your career.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to embark on a career path.

The key role and responsibilities after sufficient in-house training:

Supplying workshop technicians with parts
Ordering, booking out, invoicing and taking payments for parts
Dealing with any customer enquirers over the phone and face to face
Checking in parts deliveries, Warehouse Operations, Picking
Liaising and maintaining a good working relationship with the suppliers
Assisting with parts stock checks
Sourcing parts, putting stock away

Education:

A good level of education preferred
Driving licence preferred but not essential
