TSR Ipswich Ltd are looking for Generator Technicians to work for a highly reputable family business in Ipswich on a permanent basis

We are looking for Generator Technicians to work for the company's Fluid Engineering Division.

The Fluid Engineering Division specialise in above & below ground industrial pipeworks, which can be from hot & cold water pipeworks to fuel oil pipeworks & the Diesel Generator Team deal with all the servicing, maintaining and repairing of the diesel generators.

As a Generator Technician in the Fluid Engineering Division, you will be required to be able to do the following:

Installing of Diesel Generator Sets
Servicing & Maintenance of Diesel Generator Sets
Install Plate Heat Exchangers, Calorifiers, Pumps, Fuel & Water Tanks & Water Boosting Equipment
Welding
Basic Isolation, Disconnection & Reconnection of Electricals
Drive (As You Will Be Using A Company Van For Jobs)
2+ Years of Engineering Experience
Experience & Strong Knowledge of Common Generator Control Systems
Computer Illiterate
Experience & Knowledge with Pipe Work Systems
Approved Electrician (With 18th Edition Status)
Welding

Qualifications (Ideal, but not Essential)

Driving Licence

8hrs shifts per day, Holidays, Overtime & Weekend Work Available
