Description

Aims:

  • To assist the Senior Supervisor of the General Administration Team
  • Working with the team to provide general administration as well as other assigned duties where is required
  • Provide Financial assistance
- placing orders, processing & thoroughly checking information

  • Provide assistance to all other departments within the office.
  • To provide a central point of contact for communication and to provide key data and information
  • To liaise with engineers and clients.
  • To have great attention to detail for preparation of invoices, purchase orders, Material ordering and the alike.
Other duties

  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and redirecting calls as required
  • Minute Taking
  • Diary management
  • Data entry, Invoicing, Stock Inventory, Ordering
  • Sage and Microsoft Office Experience
  • General office duties
  • Providing administration support to Managers
  • Processing timesheets and Wages

Salary:
£23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Coulsdon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
