Reporting to the Production Manager, the Supervisor will hold responsibility and accountability for the effective running of production equipment in Paper Department at the Gosport Grange facility.

Through their effective leadership, the Supervisor will be responsible for co-ordinating operational resources (machines, materials, people and engineering) in order to achieve agreed targets in production output, product quality, environment and health & safety.

The Supervisor will promote and practice compliance to manufacturing best practice; encouraging and developing harmonious industrial relations and first-class Health and Safety standards at all times.

In the absence of the Production Manager, the Supervisor will hold responsibility for the Paper Dept.
