Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer service focused individual to join our Insurance administration team.


Previous experience in customer service is highly recommended, but we are also interested in hiring individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to solve customer problems.


This role is within an FCA regulated company dealing with Health Insurance and as such you will required to undertake compliance training in relation to your role.


Responsibilities:


  • Raise claims for customers
  • Send out policy documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Match payments for insurance policies
  • Maintain customer records
  • Answering questions concerning specific products and services
  • Be able to work independently

Salary:
£23,500.00 per year
