Are you an experienced Solutions Designer ?

Do you have experience with strategic HR Platforms ?

If so I have an initial 3 month daily rate contract (Umbrella, Inside IR35) with a leading financial services company who are looking to replace their HR platform.

Their main office is in Glasgow however they are happy for this role to be remote working.

The reason for the short initial term is because its discovery only at this point and you will be accountable for the solution planning and design for the programme.

Responsibilities include:

Working closely with the Enterprise Architecture function, Programme Director and HR Leadership to prepare a Business Case for a new strategic HR Architecture for the Bank
Attend various Workshops to understand the business ambitions and roadmap, helping to define the new strategic solution which will increase selfservice and provide a more digitally enabled colleague proposition
Will work with the internal project team and preferred supplier for the new strategic HR platform to identify the artofthe possible and determine the optimum solution to meet the business ambitions
Responsible for documenting the HR Solutions Design Document to reflect "To-Be" Solutions Design and liaise with the business, including IT teams, to create detailed design artefacts
Responsible that technical designs meet standards and are approved
Present target design to Technical Architecture Design Forum and gain approval to take design forward into delivery following Business Case approval
Take part in sizing and estimating of the proposed solution as input into the Business Case.
