More about the role

We are looking for confident, resilient and friendly Support Workers to join a team working alongside people with autism encouraging them to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community.

You must be reliable, diligent and happy to work independently and as part of a team.

As a Support Worker you will promote positive health and well-being of the people that you support, enabling them to have a meaningful life and be involved in a range of activities chosen by the person supported.

You will be required to work on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, sleep-in duties and Bank Holidays.

At Autism Initiatives we provide specialist services tailored to each individual.

Experience is not essential, but a genuine passion to making a difference to the lives of people with autism, as well as a positive attitude, is key to being successful in this role.

Due to the needs of the service, a full driving licence is desired.

How do I apply?

If you think you have what we are looking for and are interested in joining our team, we'd be delighted to hear from you.
