Six Degrees are recruiting for a ServiceNow Adminstrator to join the IT Operations team.

Offeringa range of specialist cloud and Cyber Security Managed and Professional Services along with Consultancy engagements to our customers.


As a ServiceNow Adminstrator within our Corporate Systems team, you will be responsible for administering, configuring, and securing our key business platforms, including Salesforce, Financial Force, ServiceNow (ITSM), and LogicMonitor (Alerting & Monitoring),in line with product aligned best practices.

You will be required to provide troubleshooting for incidents, support for requests, change management and management of security, capacity, availability, and upgrades across our platform estate.

To be considered for this role you must have a proven track record of professional experience working as a ServiceNow Administrator in a managed service which would be beneficial, technically we are looking for the following:

Being able to manage and resolve incidents and requests for key business platforms including Salesforce, Financial Force (PSA), ServiceNow (ITSM), and LogicMonitor (Alerting & Monitoring).

You will need to have experience in collaborating with strategic vendor partners to continuously improve and innovate our platforms to drive a better client experience.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you must also have a good understanding of the key integrationtechnologies relevant to our platforms including:
SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS.

The key factors in being a ServiceNow Administrator is that you need to be able to demonstrate experience of building and deploying scalable, secure code / config releases across platforms.


In addition, you will need a strong customer service focus, a willingness to learn, and a proactive and positive approach.
