SEN Teaching Assistant needed in Middlesbrough


A lovely primary school in Middlesbrough is looking for an SENd Teaching Assistant to start ASAP and will be ongoing.


The school are looking for a Teaching Assistant who can support a primary pupil on a one to one basis.

The student has an Autism diagnosis an needs help to remain focused in lessons.


You will be required to support the student and work according to his IEP, also work alongside the teacher, supporting other children in the classroom and helping with planning and preparation.


  • Have proven experience supporting children with SEN
  • Have Teaching Assistant experience
  • Be enthusiastic about supporting SEN children
  • Be friendly and show own initiative Strong written and communication skills
  • All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay
This is a long-term position Monday to Friday 8:30 - 3:30 (Full-time).

You must hold a current DBS to be accepted for this role.
