Are you ready to be part of a global team that is changing how eDiscovery, information governance, forensic and electronic investigations are being conducted around the world? Nuix is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join our dynamic team in London.

In this role, you will operate autonomously within the EMEA Region while reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture, AMER and EMEA, based in Reston, VA.

As a key player in our global People and Culture team, you'll work closely with colleagues across the U.S., Australia, and the Philippines.

Additionally, you'll have the backing and collaboration of a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Global Benefits Specialist, P&C Coordinator, and our wider People Operations Team.

We value face - to
- face collaboration and interaction You will need to be in the office 2-3 days a week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the London office the remaining days of the week. Occasionally, you'll join global team meetings after hours, but you'll have the flexibility to adjust your workday hours on those days.

Key Responsibilities


Serve as a trusted and strategic advisor to our EMEA leadership team, providing insightful counsel and driving organizational development initiatives that align with our growth objectives and targets.


Act as a strategic thought partner, particularly in areas of employee engagement, employee relations support, succession and retention planning, performance management, organizational design and effectiveness, and the ongoing enhancement of employee experience at Nuix.


Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to separation, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.


Provide confidential and appropriate consultation to managers and/or individual employees for employment relations matters and compliance issues (e.g., progressive discipline, grievance resolution/investigations, performance management, harassment allegations, morale, work/family issues).

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations across EMEA locations specifically in UK, Germany, Ireland, France, Austria, Italy.


Bring a solid understanding of employment laws and regulations to maintain Nuix's position as an Equal Opportunity Employer and ensure policies and procedures are fair and equitable.


Help prepare and present department reports and analysis for leadership, detailing and summarizing employee information/HR data to support achievement of business goals, as needed.


Support the professional development of our team members through counseling, coaching, mentoring, and facilitating career development and leadership training initiatives.


Partner with our Global Benefits Specialist to help shape and administer our employee benefits program in EMEA, ensuring it remains competitive and aligned with our business needs.

Contribute to positioning Nuix as an employer of choice in local markets, attracting and retaining top talent.

Understand and uphold our core values, fostering positive office dynamics and morale across EMEA locations. Experience with creating culture action plans that are meaningful and drive improvements in employee engagement.

Flexibility to travel between our EMEA offices as needed.

Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Head of People & Culture, Americas and EMEA

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Must be in the London office 3 days a week and attend occasional evening sessions with APAC P&C team.

Is an experienced HR professional with a background in a multi-site/country role to support our EMEA team.


Stays up to date with local and international employment laws, internal and external regulations, compliance requirements, and procedures within each country Nuix EMEA has operations and maintain impeccable record keeping, reporting, and employment practices.

Experience working in a SaaS tech environment and in a high-growth environment with constant change as your companion.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple time-zones.
