This is a full-time permanent position based in the Farnborough UK Head Office.

A day in the life of a Support Administrator:

  • Be point of contact for all supply chain & procurement queries for the UK business
  • Product recalls/Food safety Issues/Supplier Nonconformances liaise with QS team and suppliers
  • Manage product databases and ensuring seamless integration with Online order systems, Menu Management, Allergen and Procure to Pay systems
  • Support the UK Procurement & Supply chain teams through undertaking category analysis, sales bid responses, diary, travel and expense mgmt
  • Support adhoc projects where required
You'll be set up for success if you have:

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer facing skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • A professional and proactive approach to all aspects of the role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
