Due to recent growth and the hire of a senior financial advisor, they are seeking an additional Client Services Administrator.
The purpose of the role will be to provide administrativesupport to the advisor in delivering financial planning services to new and existing clients.
This will suit a confident, experienced client services administrator with an IFA or wealth management background. The role is based in North Surrey and offers hybridworking.Key responsibilities include:
- Onboarding of new clients
- Assisting with the preparation of meeting packs for clients meeting.
- Diary management arranging client meetings.
- Completing client based Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
- Processing client risk questionnaires.
- Liaising with clients and providers for relevant paperwork and information.
- Working alongside the paraplanning team in collating relevant factfinding information
