Elan Homes Limited is an exciting name in homebuilding.

We are a privately owned Company building new homes across Cheshire, Devon, Flintshire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Staffordshire, Somerset, and Worcestershire.

We are looking for a confident Technical Coordinator with experience in a similar role within the Construction Industry to join our Midlands Region.

Flexibility is required as this role will require the post holders to travel to sites within the Region and a clean driving licence is preferred.
