Our client is a Norwegian-born telematics company, working with solutions for mileage claims, tool tracking, and equipment control.

In 2020, expanding into developing mobility data solutions entering new verticals like insurance and leasing being the preferred mobility data provider for the B2B on a wider scale.

Operating across Europe working from facilities in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, The

Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, and the UK.


This is customer support for technology, it would have to be someone who is analytical and has an interest in solving tech related issues.

(Along with customer service skills, enjoys being on the phone for a large % of the day).


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction in accordance to current department guidelines.
  • Contribute to a company culture that emphasises good relations, improvements and high
- performance.

  • Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning customers contacting the company into repeat customers.
  • Always act in accordance to company values.

Duties

  • Provide support and appropriate solutions to customer queries within technical issues, taxation, privacy rules and system functionality in all or selected product groups and follow up query until completion.
  • Prioritise answering incoming calls & chat while managing open cases at the same time.
  • Record customer interactions by entering and verifying information by using the right method and systems.
  • Maintain the company's database in systems applicable.
  • Communicate with, assist, and build sustainable and good relations with other departments.
  • Go the extra mile to engage and follow up customers.
  • Participate in customer meetings, training and service when needed.
  • Carry out other tasks that the person has the opportunity and skills to perform.
  • Ask for and obtain leads in communication with customer.
  • Add green unit check to all customers.

Performance Requirements

  • Excellent communication with customer in accordance to method.
  • Incoming customer enquiries to be performed in accordance to standards and target figures.
  • Incoming mails on unassigned and personal CS to be handled according to standards.

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm
