A position has become available in the JMS team for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join our busy and growing Hucknall office.

JMS are an independent Sales & Lettings Agency based on Hucknall, and we've seen unprecedented growth in the Nottinghamshire property market over the past few years, thanks to our already brilliant team.

The right applicant will be fully immersed in the busy sales department from handling buyer enquiries and carry out viewings, to sales progression on the pipeline of stock.

Working directly with the Sales Director, you'll be there to support and assist them in the journey we offer to our vendors and buyers.

• Organising and managing viewings & valuations
• Carry out viewings with potential buyers when required
• Carry out sales progression on SSTC stock
• Liaise with sellers, buyers, mortgage brokers and solicitors
• Nurture potential buyer database
• Work closely with Sales Director to assist daytoday sale activity

• Experience in Residential Sales essential
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong knowledge of residential sales process and compliances

• Microsoft Office experience (Word/Excel)
• Calm and friendly manner
• Strong telephone skills
• Highly efficient organisational skills

• Basic salary £21,000 per annum
• Commission package paid monthly, based on sales department success
